His reputation has earned him consultations with the Attorney General of Nigeria and the Bar Council. His leadership ensures that Signature Group operates at the highest levels of legal and corporate excellence.

Samson Davies

Chief Executive Officer

With over 17 years of diverse experience spanning consultancy, financial services, and corporate restructuring, Mr. Davies is an industry leader. A Harvard Business School alumnus, he has played pivotal roles in mergers, acquisitions, and private placements in Nigeria. Under his leadership, Signature Group has partnered with the Nigerian Exchange Limited and the African Securities Exchanges Association to rank Africa’s largest corporations.

Bimbo Ogundokun

Director

An accomplished insurer and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Mr. Ogundokun brings decades of financial expertise. He is a key member of Nigeria’s entrepreneurial and business circles, offering strategic insights into corporate development and governance.
